Using the tools
The public tools are intended for counting and preparing text. Keep an original copy when importing, converting or deleting lines, and inspect the result before replacing an important document. The browser session is not a document backup service. You may use the output for your own work, but you remain responsible for the material you submit and the rights needed to process it.
Results and receiving systems
The method page states the counting conventions. Another word processor, form or contract can require a different unit or scope. Use the destination’s specified method for a final acceptance check. Reading times, fees on Italian cartella examples and similar calculations depend on stated assumptions; they are not guarantees about a person, a platform or a commercial agreement.
Availability and changes
The site may be corrected or updated as sources, browser behaviour or features change. Do not rely on the current session as the only copy of your text. External links are provided for the relevant documentation; their operators control those services. The site does not grant rights to third-party software, brands or source documents.
Operator and mandatory rights
These terms remain a pre-launch draft until the actual operator and contact particulars are completed. They do not select an invented court or country and do not remove rights that applicable law makes mandatory. Any paid service, account system or additional data processing would require terms reflecting that actual service rather than being silently included in this free-tool notice.
Preserve source documents and choose the right scope
Importing extracts supported text; it does not preserve every layout feature or certify the completeness of a source document. Keep the original and check first and last passages, tables and any required notes. Case conversion and duplicate removal can intentionally change content, so inspect the output before using it elsewhere. A downloaded report represents the analysed input and settings at that moment. It is not a guarantee that a publisher, examination system or third-party form will accept the text under its own rules.
Material, access and third-party references
Use material you are entitled to process. A local tool does not resolve copyright, confidentiality or permission requirements attached to the original document. Do not use the service to interfere with its availability or attempt unauthorized access to another person’s information. Links to official documentation identify sources for particular instructions; they do not imply sponsorship or transfer rights in another product. The relevant third-party provider sets the conditions for its own software and services.
Questions, corrections and applicable protections
For a suspected defect, identify the page, input conditions and observed difference using a short non-confidential example. Keep important work outside the browser session while the issue is investigated. Any limitation described here remains subject to mandatory law; these terms do not attempt to exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or remove applicable consumer remedies. No particular governing jurisdiction, business registration or response guarantee is invented. Those operator-specific terms must be completed accurately for the public service, together with its privacy and contact information.
