A count describes a defined input
The tools analyse the text present in the editor. A result does not prove that an imported document was complete, that a source was accurate, or that the chosen scope matches a submission rule. Check file extraction, accents, separators and the first and last passages. Keep omitted notes or other required parts in a separate inventory.
Estimates are not assessments
A duration is calculated from words and an assumed speed. Frequency is a description of repetition, not a ranking target or plagiarism test. Case conversion does not correct names or spelling. Duplicate removal compares strings rather than identifying people or structured records. Gulpease is offered in the Italian section and is not relabelled as a validated readability score for every language.
Sources, diagrams and corrections
A diagram explains its stated example. It is not a screenshot or proof of an unperformed test in Word, Google Docs or another product. Product instructions are linked to sources and can change with version and platform. Report a concrete difference with the page URL, a short non-confidential sample and the unit you expected.
A matching number does not establish a complete submission
Before relying on a total, establish which material belongs in the requirement. A main-text count can omit footnotes, captions, headings or an abstract that a recipient expects. Two identical totals can also come from different strings. Review the text and the scope, then use the receiving system’s required check. The report records a measurement; it does not authenticate authorship, verify quotations, check factual accuracy or decide whether a submission follows a contract.
Understand the limits of planning calculations
A 600-word text at an assumed 200 words per minute gives three minutes of reading time. It does not measure comprehension, the difficulty of the material or a particular person’s pace. Spoken delivery may need pauses, slides or audience questions. Likewise, an Italian cartella calculation uses its displayed divisor and rounding assumption; it does not create an agreed price. Adjust the inputs to the task and retain the assumptions when sharing the estimate.
Report a reproducible difference
A short sample is usually enough to explain a discrepancy. State the unit, the relevant option and the result expected from the documented rule. For another application, include desktop, web or mobile context and its relevant version when known. Remove confidential material before sending. Source links and arithmetic checks support the explanation but do not establish that every browser, device or third-party release has been tested. Mandatory rights are unaffected by these practical limitations.
